YETI English Course that is
located in Salatiga was founded to meet the global demand of English, as it has
become a necessity in many work spheres. With its motto ‘Your English Target
Improvement’, YETI English Course is a training center of teaching and
learning English for every individual to achieve his/her target and a better
life. It is located behind a famous campus in Salatiga called SWCU, as it
provides knowledge for university students, who are the majority of our
customers, to get knowledge outside of their academic studies, so that they are
able to compete upon entering the work world.
YETI English Course provides various services that are related with English,
such as General English (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels), Business
English, English Shorthand, Cross Cultural Understanding, Public Relations,
TOEFL Preparation, Translating, Interpreting, and also Proofreading.
The General English classes are opened
to assist students, so that they will be able to have self-confidence in
communicating in English in their daily lives either formally or informally.
The purpose of opening Business English classes is to prepare students to
interact in the global business world mainly to give them the ability to grow
and survive in their work environments. Meanwhile, English Shorthand classes
are offered because there is an increasing need of English shorthand mainly for
secretaries and journalists. Then, after looking at the globalization demand
and requests from several students who are going to continue their study
abroad, we provide Cross Cultural Understanding classes. It is expected that
they will not face culture shock, because they will have been prepared. Next, Public
Relations classes are provided for current or future company employees to teach
people how to maintain a company’s good image in front of their customers and the
public. Besides that, TOEFL Preparation classes are offered to fulfill
students’ needs to measure their English ability internationally. Finally, Translating,
Interpreting, and Proof Reading services are provided to facilitate businesses
in promoting and marketing their products or services. These services also act as
a bridge for the teachers to get knowledge in a practical way mainly to widen our
network that becomes a measurement for the quality of our students who graduate
from our course.
